The first game in the FF7 Re series is Remake or Re:make, the next one will be called Re:union(Re:birth) and then ending on 3 games the third will be called Re:turn. And return to what you may ask? The return to Kingdom Hearts because Kingdom hearts takes place before every final fantasy game this is the reason you see many characters from different games appear together and then after Kingdom Hearts 2 the thing that caused them to go into the Final Fantasy universes which there is one for each game that all take place simultaneously will be revealed at the end of Re:union(Re:birth) and the climax of the 7Re series will have them returning to the world of Kingdom hearts and the reason only some appear in Re:mind is because they are in the process of freeing those still stuck in their universe. The next proper Kingdom Hearts not numbered but just the next main one will have its bonus ending cutscene be Cloud returning but this time he has two wings to show he and Sephiroth are truly one again with Tidus and Lightning at his side they will step into another rift. And it ends with that familiar end screen but with different text "Disconnect Final Fantasy"
