I forgot how beautiful the first BOTW trailer looked like, if what was shown was something that already had a good amount of work put into it then no wonder it took so long for the game to come out, honestly, how did they think a wii u could pull off that look? Not even the switch version gets close to it.

Either they lied or it was legitimately looked close to that and progressively got worse as they added more to the physics engine. I’m guessing the former since there wasn’t much time between that trailer and the game awards gameplay footage
