none, really. Which is understandable. You do not step into virtual worlds in order to recreate your irl struggles.

However, you could say that some show it indirectly, in a sense: you would only play a game that has an emphasis on X, if you lack X irl and really want it. So I suppose waifu games, heroic themed games where the protagonist is very significant to the world; etc.

FFXV is both; in the first part it game about a significant young man and his group of friends, as well as his loving spouse; while in the second part it is an antithesis of that.

There is no struggle as socially you are not a man. In monkey society you would be considered a female.

i don't play video games to remind myself of how lonely and terrible i feel, if i wanted that i'd just look out the window

What?

How many games have male MCs that have any actual distinct struggle or life issue that isn't "bad guys are shooting/punching in my general direction and I have to shoot/punch them back?" that isn't just generic angst about dead family or a substance abuse problem?
Can you honestly imagine, say, your average Call of Duty MC having any life outside of going on top secret missions to save America? Does he have loved ones? Pets? Hobbies? Interests? Does Captain Price do anything besides stare into space, smoke a cigar and recite Kipling to people standing near him?
Do your average AAA cinematic heroes have any aspirations outside of vengeance or doing a particular duty? Or getting the magical plot trinkets for no other reason than the game needs some reason for them to slaughter their way past hundreds of people?
Anything with more meaningful depth than Mario, off on another quest to save the princess so we can go through a couple dozen handcrafted platforming levels from Nintendo?

Maybe a "Secret Life of Walter Mitty"-esque story would go well, and actually work very well within the medium of video games.
