Zoomers have no taste and no appreciation for a pleasant aesthetic style. Octopath looks like figures on a 3D board, imitating a tabletop setting. DQ is keeping the first person battle perspective alive while still adding motion to battles and showcasing the party before the zoom. It all looks nice, and you fucking retard with shit taste if you disagree.

Octopath was also a failure in that regard, you can't simulate a tabletop in pixel art, it just doesn't work.
Crimson whatever on the 3ds was a better attempt.

It looks very amateurish and if you think this ever looked high quality you're own standards are incredibly low.

The characters look a bit flat on top of the world, which pops, but I think it's an overall nice aesthetic.

If you can't appreciate the homage, that doesn't make something low quality. Breathing life into the pixel art aesthetic makes for nice visuals.

I can't imagine how retarded you are, sure you have no aesthetical taste to be found, but being a tastelet isn't inherently wrong, it just means you have trash tastes. However, you're wrong about the hype dying off because of how it looks. They teased a remake of a game that's been remade 5 times. Over a year ago, with no new news about it coming out since its announcement. The majority of people who would get hyped by a DQ3 remake don't even live in the USA, or speak English to be posting on an English speaking image board.
