I know its probably bait and people will shit on it but personally, Amelia is genuinely the boss I died to the single most time in the souls games I have played. Not for my life I could figure this enemy out I dunno why. When I met Laurence I thought fuck, amelia in bigger and with fire but he only took me 3 tries compared to what felt like 300 tries on amelia.

For me it's the hardest simply because she is covered in fur, and big so you can't see what the hell is going on. And also the fact that every touch deals damage and staggers you.
Also the fact that she heals.
Also the fact that she has an obnoxious amount of health.
