It just feels like way too much micro-management for my taste. Which it wasn't until the drink menu expanded and now Karyyn can't even make it from one table to the next before dropping and breaking everything. I've just begun to ignore it entirely even though the third income source would be nice.

If you're going pure route, don't take sadist or masochist as your starting perk. Sadist will fuck you over. Play conservatively, and backtrack and rest when you start incurring penalties for your exhaustion. Start by focusing mind and willpower. Pick an upgrade track and stick with it. Take the second blunt attack as soon as you can, it's the earliest skill that can hit multiple targets. Don't forget to alternate between offense and defense; attacking every turn will quickly overextend your stamina consumption and open you up to getting overwhelmed by enemy attacks. Always try to thin out the enemies, one less enemy to attack means one less chance for the enemy to knock you down or burn down your stamina.

use what this user linked The game can be pretty challenging and grindy if you play legit. I just use money cheats and play to fap, not for pro-gamer epeen to brag that I was able to beat a porn game on the highest difficulty.

i enjoyed it quite a bit. took some time to learn but i got to the point its pretty much impossible for me to lose. gameplay wise its one of the greatest. i busted a nut 5 times a day for week to this game. download from f95zone for free and try it out.

I usually just play on normal with money cheats. Or just play easy without cheats. I don't know what kind of run you're trying to accomplish but doing the whore route is much easier than virgin.

Vitamin Quest 2. It's not translated. Personally I'm not a fan of multiple party member hrpgs but at least all characters can get combat raped so it's not too bad.

Karyn is a proudful woman, she is put in a facility were she has to excel and eliminsate the threat to her emperor. But the prison is full of degenerates and Karyn see the inmates and guards for less than scum.
And while advancing each floor and each riot she develop her true self, but being a woman who never had any kind of sexual or romantic experience she has to confront the reality that she is not up to the task, that her body can't handle the amount of sex she has to receive in orden to fulfill her mission. At first at least.
After experiencing gangbang after gangbang a new Karyn is reborn, one that, like a fucking hurricane can subdue any enemy with sex like no one else managed to do before. Is in this new state, that she is finally able to defeat the ringleader of the riots, but at the cost of being a turbo slut. The good thing is that she enjoys her new lifestyle so is not a bad ending for the character.

tl;dr: The game is made for the player to stop almost to a halt when the first sex scene happen because Karyn lack any sexual experience and her view of the world has been shattered as well.
