I am expecting reused assets, a lot of them, I am expecting rose to use psionic magical powers rather than weapons
I am expecting ethan to be talking to her or communicating to her.
I am more looking forward to RE8 in third person than the DLC.
I hate mercenaries so i am not bothered about the new chars and stages.
Still need to do mercenaries on SS for the plat and lightsaber.

this would have been more based. and leaving the rose story for RE9 would have been better. It seems like they're tying up loose ends and course correcting with the DLC by going back to third person and finishing up the winters story.

the only first person horror game I liked was Condemned. Every other game was absolute shit, including RE7 and 8. Glad to see them moving on from it.

RE 7 and 8 were fun and 7 was a real new take on everything but I think the first person perspective doesnt suit.
I want them to go back to real puzzles and survival horror.
We wont really see that in REmake if they are being true to it so hopefully we eventually get a code veronica remake and it goes full survival horror.

The series is taking a new direction after 9, there's no going back to anything. What you should really be talking about is how they're going to wrap everything up before hand in the game. If the old cast is still alive, they have to bring that up, and send them off in a way that doesn't suck.

rose being 16 or whatever might tie things up, but I agree RE9 should really bring the franchise to a crux. I think they will probably remake CV and then even possibly 5 and 6 again before making 9.

9 is probably already in development, and I've seen people asking for a CV remake but for some reason seeing people beg for these remakes just bugs the living shit out of me. We're talking about the og crew being in their 60's-70's now, and there's no way that they can just move on to something new and just forgetting them.
