Make it a console.

Bigger battery, like, way bigger.

button to automatically order pizza

Dual stage triggers get brought back.

Make games for it

make it fit in a pocket and use clamshell design so the screen is protected

They could improve it by giving one to me.

make it available

Modular control parts that snap in, so you don't need all this surface area reserved for dual sticks/trackpads/d-pad&button.

Get a better battery life somehow.

Better battery life, bigger screen with smaller bezels and

Modular controls would gimp the hardware too much. Also track pads are almost always finding their use to various extent.

This was literally already tried and it specifically failed because it was in a regular console form factor. Cope and sneed.
Deck lite without track pads which is much smaller and costs less. It comes out alongside Deck 2 with original Steam Deck specs. $300. They might be able to squeeze more battery life out of it but who knows. A better screen would also be nice.
Deck 2 should try and be smaller than the original but without compromising features. Zen 5 igpu (~1060 6gb equivalent) to make vr possible with a huge emphasis on battery life. Also a VRR screen which is oled/mini-led. It'll be a $600+ enthusiast option but I'm hoping they still keep a console priced base model.

The most I'd ever see myself using the left trackpad for is as a set of virtual buttons for hotkeys.

it makes for a great party member select in ffxiv

Let me do this with it

ideally a newer zen architecture.
I would also like a bigger battery.
And i would also really like it if the display had less bezels.

Although frankly my real issues come from the immutability from a software side.
I think something like OSTREE would provide much better immutability and also give the users the ability to install packages permanently.

obviously they should decrease the specs, make it smaller

They could make it smaller without decreasing specs if they just wait a couple years. The Switch Lite never had to decrease specs.

>$300
>without compromising
Keep dreaming. You think two dinky trackpads are worth $100? They were already bleeding money with the $400 model before. What you’re asking for is a charity.

Are PS Vitas still easily obtainable? I kind want one to use as en emulation and porn device and get nostalgic

Not happening if you want power
