I'm getting raped by anything that isn't a regular bandit and playing on console, is it because I'm that bad or because of the shit framerate? Am I going to "get it" if I continue playing or is it hopeless? (t.+30yo with shit reflexes).
I love regular souls and monster hunter but Sekiro seems absurdly hard to me. But I keep hearing about people hating the game, playing pire and finally getting "in the zone" and rating it as the best action game of all times... Am I being bamboozled?

Yeah I noticed how quickly I get buttfucked if I try to dodge instead of blocking. It's the opposite of what I was trained to do for like 15 years. It's really really hard to learn again how to play, it makes me feel like when I discovered dark souls 1 on pc trying to play with mouse+keyboard.
Even without iframes dodging/rolling was useful in monhun...
