More than likely this was part of whatever deal SEGA made with MS to get PSO2 so Nintendo was never in the consideration. It doesn't really make sense otherwise considering they ported Ultimax to Switch but that could have just been ArcSys willing to do the port.

The focus on 3/4/5 though makes me think that maybe the Switch could get the the PSP remakes of 1 - EP since Persona's in the midst of a major anniversary year and the Kaneko games aren't easily available.
