You mean caves and cliffs part 3? Kinda dissapointing considering it was supposed to come along with the world generation, goats and such.

I don't understand How minecraft devs have the backing of Microsoft and get millions a year and yet have jack shit whenever they update.
Terraria and The Modders take years to update sometimes too, and then it comes out and adds months worth of new gameplay.

Good concept with garbage execution. You can find a million mods that do the same thing but better and have existed for years. Mine craft is very slowly catching up to how it should have been 10 years ago and it's pathetic.

At the pace they were going? Might as well delay the whole update due to how small the contents were for 1.19.
Also i forgot to mention how they still swept archeology under the rug for no real reason, bundles aren't a thing because of mobile being brought up like it was a viable gaming platform and birch forests aren't a thing because "it was concept art" while we got the deep dark cities based on fucking concept art.

This just makes me wish Minetest was bigger and had more support.

They should've just released the Deep Dark in 1.18 and Mangrove+Allay+new content in 1.19

Look at how 343 handled the new Halo. 6 years of development and it’s still in alpha missing most of the features that halo fans want and with only 10 maps. Bloating the Deep Dark into something worse than the simpler concept they showed is where they fucked up. Devs need to scope their shit better and stop falling for feature creep.
