This is just retarded and next generation consumerism to make a quick buck, the game literally had a substantial rerelease when the PS4 came out and it's playable on PS5. Also pretty sure that version was bundled in on certain downloads of TLOU2.
Remakes are for shit that's pre-standard definition like Doom, System Shock, or were only available on certain hardware. Very few games actually deserve remakes instead of rereleases/remasters, and I'd rather just play the original as it was at the time. My perfect example for a remaster is Stubbs The Zombie, it's practically untouched from the original.
