If you fully explore each level for all the secrets it takes about 30-40 minutes on the first go, multiplied by 15 levels. Whether or not that's worth $20 ($17 with the launch sale) is up to you but I've been enjoying the game so far.
They also have a zombie enemy with syringes jabbed into their arms and wearing masks called "The Vaccinated" as well as Mexican stereotype jumping bean enemies so its not just Trump they're making fun of.

I actually played the game. It's pretty mediocre. Imagine a series sam level but with the enemy placement of a doom game. Just so much tedious empty space
