It's 90% Barry most of the time. Most people have reasonable complaints, like damage numbers, SFX, but Barry will go out of his way to make himself known by having an incredibly stupid hot take

It's literally one spastic, a few people imitating him, and a handful of retarded boomers who think the series actually had good turn based combat for more than a single game (X)

Warframe is as badly instanced as FFXIV up to having the same style of "open world" instances and held more players than XIV at its peak. I highly doubt you can use the excuse of "Digital Extremes has more money"

Honestly if there's any complaint about the game that goes beyond SFX used, the UI, or character voices you can reasonably assume it to be Barry, since we know basically nothing about the game past those points.

SE doesn't spend all of its budget on 14 either. I'm just saying, if you wanna knock them for their poor product, go for it, fucking corporations. But invoking "but other company" is fucking dumb, this shit isn't highschool.

I can understand the complaints about leaning even further into action combat after XV's botch job, even if I don't necessarily agree

It's a new entry of a long running AAA franchise following several questionable entries, made by one of the biggest and oldest videogame companies notorious for their questionable buisness sense AND it's Japanese

The setting looks boring so far. I want to see cool and fantastical locations. Hopefully they are just keeping them under wraps

It's too early for the real shitposting to start, wait until there is a hard release date

I'd look more to FF7R in that regard, it's a pretty competent action game and I like it being about doing basic attacks to build up to skills. It reminds me of FFXI in that regard.
