I'm looking for a LONG rpg I can waste thousands of hours into, with tons of stuff to do like superbosses, bonus dungeons, postgame, etc.
for reference, FFV was one of my favorite games of all time.
any recommendations?

disgaea
ok, which one
does it have sweet cooking minigames?
sorry, I'm looking more for stuff in the "4 niggas in a row" genre
the number doesn't matter, neither if they are in a row or not
you know what i mean
if you liked ffv you'd probably like bravely default
That's a shame because FFXII sounds like it'd fit. I guess you could sort of have your party members stand in a row with some precise movement.
my shitty pc can only emulate up to the snes, 3d games make it shit itself
oh up to gameboy advance too in terms of handhelds, ds emu is not compatible
Pillars of eternity.
doesn't work on windows xp
Radiata Stories
let me rephrase
I'm looking for a LONG traditional classic rpg game
think something like the first few final fantasy games, dragon quest, maybe something like rogmaker
not tactics shit
not 3d shit
AND NOT FULL REALTIME
argh
>LONG traditional rpg game
>like the first few final fantasy games, dragon quest
>shit that can be beaten in an afternoon
that's the problem and the reason I made the thread in the first place
I played the first 6 final fantasy games to hell and back (even 2, it wasn't that bad)
as much as I liked them, they were too short
I want more of the same, but longer
star ocean 3
octopath traveler
>want to waste 1000 hours
>shitty pc
How about you get a job instead
golden sun, the first ff remake with the extra dungeons was pretty good
have you played the breath of fire games? lufia? lunar?
imagine being this autistic about wanting an oldschool rpg and final fantasy is all you know
ill second breath of fire
test
(´・ω・`)
have you already played every dragon quest game?
all the snes/ps1/ps2 classics?
