Remove LFR and Mythic raiding, leaving only Normal and Heroic. Tune them properly. Allow 10 man raiding. Add master looter back to the game. Make gear completely deterministic. Remove loot lockouts on any obsolete raids. Fire all the writers and hire literally anyone else.

WoW 2 with a lore reset of some kind. They really missed an opportunity for this with Legion. The Legion should have won and the players could have been transported via some deus ex machina to a brand new world that would be, at least temporarily, unknown to the Legion. New start, new things to do, new races, new classes...and an excuse to completely change all the systems in WoW that they can't remove because players have certain expectations after playing with the systems for years.
