I hope DD2 has an edge class. Preferably a Necromancer or some kind of Dark Spell Caster. I wouldn't mind a Death Knight or some kind of Shadow based Assassin, but I'd rather spell casters. Like the cultist or the Liches.

XVI is probably going to be an amalgam of DMC combat with Diablo skill trees, I don't think it'll have much in the way of mounting monsters or ranged combat outside of magic
