SOLUTION TO CART WAITING ROOM FROM Any Forums THREAD:
I was able to checkout using this link, but I haven't received a confirmation email, just confirmation #
store.Nintendo.ca
I'm in US, so I selected Change Region at top. Selected USA. It refreshed and eventually, just sitting there, a 1 icon popped up for the cart, I clicked it and did checkout in the box that popped up. No queue or any lagging screens at that point
It just worked for me.
Waiting on email confirmation from Nintendo about the purchase but my bank shows the charge going through.
