Liking older game and not being obsessed with graphics makes life so much easier.
I assume the people who would pay $70 (or already do pay $60) for a game are the people who buy a game, play it for hundreds of hours, and then complain that there's nothing to play until the next Well Known Franchise™ blockbuster comes out. Indie games or anything released prior to Current Year are out of the question, so they've got no choice but to pay up.
