So far I just got to the timeskip with the BL and to new big camp.
I've been enjoying the movesets so far, and there seems to be a lot of extra worldbuilding that wasn't there in the original game which is nice.

Rodrigue is in the Lions route from what I've seen. I'd assume that it's either most church units join you regardless of route and they're just limiting things because of the demo(so you're force to play all routes to experience everything) or they all join you at different times depending on the route
