You lose weight in the kitchen user, don't push yourself so much when you are just starting out. When you start just walk you can also do light weights. Its all about getting into a habit. This is a mistake i seen from overweight people that go to the gym, they push thems so hard the first week and then never come back. Like i said if you are obese you need to look at your weight and calorie intake. No one us gonna go to the gym and lose all the calories they consumed that day, that would be so much work it would make you sick and weak.
