Zaggama beach..

Best sci-fi franchise (aside from robots/foundation)

Sugma bitch...

Your going and thats the end of it

>boring as ass factions
Nah.

more like starshit poopers lol

>best scifi franchise
>when the original book (yes, one single book, not a series) it's based on doesn't have the same message, style, story, tech, characters or anything in common.

they just borrowed the name at this point. have you even read the book?

>Still doing the movie M.I.
I really like it, and maybe it's bette for an RTS, but I would really love an EDF like game with the book one man army M.I.

Just give the EDF guys the license.

>based on the movie
Fuck that.

Any Forumscels unironically believe that Federation is an ideal society

Wouldn't work as an RTS

Book is fantastic, as this very dry militaristic, libertarian glimpse into the future.

I think inverting the concept of the novel to parody politics was a very smart decision. The adaptation being inaccurate does not make it bad, just bad as an adaptation. Also why is it being only one book matter at all?
apparently they did an EDF tactics game on the ps2
there was a starship troopers RTS with some mechs a while back

>not RTT

looks like shit desu...
hope i am wrong
but i probably arent

>Bad sci-fi franchise
>when despite changes to the book it's based it has a great message, style, story, tech, and characters
>and also theirs a tv show and anime so who cares if they changed things in one of three adaptations
>and they did put apes+neodogs in the movie universe eventually

Do you even enjoy sci-fi or do you just enjoy complaining about random bullshit?

>was a very smart decision
It wasn't "smart", they just thought the book was evil.

>Singleplayer RTS with co-op
Finally

that is true but an anti-statist movie is still in line with what Heinlein fans like so it isn't a big deal.
