Why must you hurt me OP?

Good. They were not good games, they were the basic of the basics of RPGs and Nintendo knew it. Why are we nostalgic for mediocrity?

This series really had potential

everything dies

Don't worry, OP. A better written, funner, and more expansive series has taken the mantle of Nintendo's traditional JRPG franchise.

terrible games, possibly the worst, most redundant dialog ever seen in an rpg. Which is weird because mario tennis power tour was so fucking great

>traditional jrpg
A single player mmo is not a traditional jrpg

aqua rock was comfy

Golden Sun was never good to begin with

Good. People can stop drinking the Golden Sun kool-aid now.

That's a good thing

Yes :)

Lol :)

besides the unending, redundant dialog and some of the story notes a lot of these complaints are unbelievably petty

please say it ain't so...

We aint getting no HD collection, that's for sure. A GBA thing for the Switch should have the first game as a launch title though.

Dark Dawn was the Fable 3 of Golden Sun
Excessively derided by people with worn off nostalgia glasses that don't remember how much the originals dragged on
Not as good but not as bad as people say, and with a pretty good second half after everything goes to hell
Sveta also best girl in GS

This LP sucks. The narrator is a snarky, unfunny shithead. It doesn't have any cool gimmicks like artwork either.

Ok but what does SMT have to do with your image

The music, art and atmosphere were objectively great. Especially for the limiting hardware
