I 100% completed Origins and Legends last year and while I think they're really good games I have a hard time recalling individual stages from either game (except really exceptional parts like when the ice levels transition into the kitchen levels in Origins, or the music stages in Legends). The stages are pretty and fun to play through but they really lack a "thing" for you to grab on to and end up unmemorable. Does anyone else feel the same way?
Rayman 1 doesn't have the same problem because all the levels in that game are bullshit difficult. I don't think I could forget Space Mama's Crater or Eat At Joes even if I wanted to.
