That one actually wouldn't feel right on PC. MGS3 relies heavily on the pressure sensitive buttons on the DS2 and DS3 controllers to control snake. The 360 and Vita ports changed the controls around since they lack pressure sensitive buttons, and their control schemes feel worse to play with.
