What's wrong with corruption?

>he doesn't use a clentaminator or digs a giant hole around the corruption
sounds like a skill issue to me

>clentaminator
>turns jungle into plains biome
>digging holes
>taking the time away from playing the game to do a tedious chore
>this is somehow supposed to be fun

it's fine, it just needs to be a postgame thing not something that shits up your progress halfway through

>literal end game equipment, at the point it no longer matters
>task that takes a massive amount of time again unless you're already at end game

>have no idea corruption spreads in my game
>just having fun trying to make a town
>literally everything is corruption and ruins my world so I have to start over on a fresh world

>clentaminator
>end game
You get it after killing the first hardmode boss
>task that takes a massive amount of time again unless you're already at end game
Digging with pre-hardmode axes or early hardmode axes/drills doesn't take as long as you make it out to be

It looks and I should know because I fucking did it. It took forever.

I have 700 hours in terraria, beating the game 2-3 times per major patch, never once had a problem with jungle being corrupted, another Any Forums being shit at videogames trope

>Biome spread complain
You can beat moon lord before the spread even matters

wheres that user making a new terraria

The whole game is a tedious chore.
You grind for materials to make weapons and armor to fight a boss to grind for more materials.

>turns jungle into plains biome
how many times did it happen to you to a degree that it became an actual problem?
I know the answer is 0

>trusting Any Forums to ever deliver on anything

I'm still workin' on it but it's gonna take some fuckin' time
I'm solo here

They still haven't fixed a bug where this weak NPC is considered as a boss.

How the everloving fuck has this gsme been out for over a decade and corrupted mud blocks are still not a thing? Can someone please explain this to me?

Corruption is slow enough that you don't need to bother with trying to contain it until you've beaten the final boss, and at that point, containing it is trivial.

post any sort of footage

this engine is literally being held together by duct tape
they cannot add a new liquid without the game shitting itself

that happened to me on a server with a friend so we just packed our shit, rebuilt somewhere else and bombed the everloving shit of our old town to make it look like it got destroyed

I'M STILL LEARNING THE ENGINE
All I've made so far are assets and music!

It takes entire weeks of real time before it has any real impact on your world if you don't kill the bosses first. If you're still willing to play beyond that point you might as well be playing creative mode and upkeep isn't hard.
