Kid Buu is not stronger than Super Buu. This is proven when Vegeta pulled fat Buu out from Super Buu. You don't gain power by losing origin of your being.
Kid Buu is more dangerous than Super Buu because of how unpredictable he acts all the time. This is shown when Kid Buu immediately tried to destroy earth with vanishing ball when he transformed.
