This game fucking tricked the shit out of me at a young age

In what way?

Game was super comfy holy shit. Too bad it are dead game's.

In game web browser to hunt for clues
Fucking threads and tacks restarting

Then wow hit

I used and assault rifle shit should have been better coordinated combat

Lotta ESL going on in this thread

>faction
Templars. At least they seem like they have a coherent strategy. Dragon/Illuminati are too vague and edgy to really appreciate.

>Zone
Top tier: all of Solomon Island, esp Savage Coast
Okay tier: Transylvania/Japan
Fuck this tier: Anything Egypt

>Mission
Everything in A Dream To Kill

What a fucking tragedy that this game died an early death.

remember playing this way back, had a really comfy immersive atmosphere. the story and game design were top notch, like james bond meets horror and fantasy.
are they still making content for it?

>game had a really small but loyal playerbase
>make nu f2p tsw to try and make money
>to no one's surprise it's garbage
>dead game

This also happened to Defiance and I'm still mad

My favourite, objectively terrible game.
Man I wish this didn't fucking suck ass.
Also name a character who suffered as much as Sarah.

Didnt we just have this exact same thread at this exact same time yesterday?

>defiance
honestly it was kind of cool when it was running alongside the show but I heard it was too much work so they just stopped the crossover stuff fast

Templar are the objectively correct choice always.

Hmm no, Templar are boring

Should have been single player. It was pretty interesting. How much further did they get in the story?

Illuminati sell out their agents as soon as they underperform. The only way you can get ahead is if you're willing to fuck over your colleagues and others for marginal gain. If you side with the Dragon you have to trust an autistic child to guide you. At least templars are a professional, relatively sane faction.

They released a short zone set in South Africa with a handful of missions. Nothing since though and the average player number is about to hit 50.

A toothless lion bound by tradition

SWL played better and was more fun than TSW though the removal of the skill wheel did make it a blander game.

Secret World went down the shitter with the added Tokyo systems. Then somehow they decided that wasn't enough and ruined the rest of the game with Legends.
