The only way it could affect anything would be that it signals poor performance which would make raising equity funding difficult, but I'm sure CDPR can leverage other forms of funding (depending on their general financial situation). Apart from that it gives no indication of ability to pay debts, so to say "they're going bankrupt" is retard-level knowledge.
