Pac-Man Museum+

Is the game doing well? The leaderboards seem a bit.. empty.

I pirated my copy on switch so i cant contribute :(

I have a top 100 spot in almost every game despite not doing particularly well, so I assume it sold like shit
Anyway Pac & Pal is fucking good. I don't know why people don't like that game. It's really fun.

Is the physical Switch version US only?
I can't find it on any euro retailers

DarkSydePhil loves it. He’s been playing it on his chill streams.

Do you use a joystick? Xbox controller seems to lock up. For example, about 25% of the time I literally can’t move.

It is on Xbox KinoPass so it should be doing amazing

what platform are you on?

PC

I use a Series X controller, it's fine. Obviously d-pad isn't ideal for Pac-Man but as far as d-pads go it's good.

pac man can't get a break. it was poorly advertised though.

Posted from the in-game Steam Web Browser

>PC
this isnt really the type of game I would expect to sell very well on pc, so that makes sense

>it sold poorly
maybe its performing better on console because PC landwhales can just emulate.

Do the items you can buy at the vending machine change at all?

I can't play pac-man with controller sticks. I HAVE to use an arcade one or a d-pad. Turning is so shitty and sensitive for some reason and I take off in random directions because of it.

I checked the eshop yesterday and it was 22nd place on Digital Only games (but it isn't Digital Only?)

rate my arcade

Vending machine changes daily. Items unlocked from missions aren't available in the vending machine until you've gotten the it first from completing the mission. There's a button that'll let you check the missions for each game and see what's unlocked by completing them.

Yeah, I agree. I posted something similar up above. I literally can’t turn a lot of the time. And I’m not talking quick turns that are dependent on reaction time. Sometimes I can’t even turn on the corners.

got 3 months for $1 on gamepass so tried this out.
unlocked everything and pretty much got bored after 2 days. wasnt expecting much since it is just pacman.

Why would you ever even think to use an analog stick before a dpad

Because that's how it's played in the arcade?

Maybe it's a software thing then. It's really shitty though.

>Because that's how it's played in the arcade?
Ever actually use a joystick?
They click. In 4 digital directions, there's a click. It's completely digital. Like a dpad. Analog sticks are as far off from a digital joystick as you can get.

>get some roms
>package them with emulators
>create a shitty unity hub world that takes one week at most

that will be $20 please - and some people will actually buy it.

It was a testament to poor advertising that the launch trailer for the game (which did debut at launch on international Bandai Namco youtube channels) didn't appear on the Nintendo channel until a week after launch, and ONLY THEN did IGN and other game journalism youtube channels reupload the launch trailer to their own channels.
