Are there any modern games that have a vibe like the old Duke Nukem games? Games that were unapologetically pervy but that were actual games and not just porn/hentai titles? I know there's modern Shadow Warrior games that have that vibe, but anything else?
I'm not looking for long ass bioware style RPGs where I have to use a walkthrough to navigate 20 minutes of dialogue to unlock a 20 second sex scene either.
It seems like this style of game disappeared 20 years ago.

Cyberpunk 2077. That game is incredibly lewd.
Just read through the whole OP lmao. Still. Those games aren't pervy, but certain levels incorporate erotic themes and imagery as a spice into the level, and that spice is rarely seen in games enough that it really sticks out when absent in the sexless new trilogy. Levels like Meat King's Party that's an S&M nightclub being help in a meat packing plant or Dance with the Devil from Blood Money. Old Hitman was edgy in all the right ways.
I enjoyed Resident Evil Revelations 80% because the gameplay was simple enough and 20% because of Jill's ass. And that 20% was really important to me.
Anyway, you should know why we can't have games being pervy and fun OP. You should know.
I was shocked by how much work went into modeling and animations and then the game itself is incredibly unsexy.

I don't have any FPS to recommend but there's plenty of games that gives that vibe of being a great game with some pervy elements. Some of the ones I enjoyed over the last few years -

There's this one called Zeran's Folly on Steam that tries to act edgy and "adult" by putting in a bunch of sexual prose into it, that's just dialogue, but they introduce this mouse character and the game goes off the fucking rails with the sexual insinuations with it.
It was a weird game and I don't think I got much further.
