Reminder to simply quickstep to get behind enemies when you play 3. Too many people just mash attacks from the front then complain about blockuza 3.

That doesn't work in the PC port. You need a mod to fix quickstep. And even then, on Hard and above the AI blocks a fuck ton. 3 is the only Yakuza game I'd genuinely recommend playing on Normal.

I played hard on pc without any mods and the only enemies I thought were actually fucked blocking-wise were that one fatass guard holding a sofa near the top of millennium tower and that one lanky ass boxer in the colosseum when you fight in the mode that only allows you to punch, so you can't grab him.

The PC port also fucked up the AI and lets them turn around and start blocking during combos you started while they were stunned far more often compared to the ps3 version. Fucking remasters

It's tolerable on Hard but in my Legendary playthrough, enemies blocked legitimately everything after the first attack, it was unbearable. Normal is a much better experience.

I can't say for sure whether you'll like it, user. It depends on your preferences.
I enjoyed it, a lot of other people did, and a lot of people hated it.
The turn based combat isn't as fun as the brawler gameplay and made some people hate the entire game, but it's also kinda fun to do a new combat style. I'm convinced they're going to really step it up for 8. Some people love it for the story and others hate it for the story. I liked the story, but still have my griped about how much of it was dedicated to contemplating the ethics of prostitution.
