oh right 6 frames of latency is so horrible... How much is that? Like a fraction of 1 millisecond? Also the "issue" is with the engine not the console either.

if a game runs at 60 fps and has 6 frames of input latency, and a second is made up of 1000 milliseconds, then would that not be 100 milliseconds?

Yes it is, just test it by yourself by playing on a game with frame delay in netcode, the change from 4 frame delay to 10 is fucking obnoxiously bad

It's pretty bad. I still find it weird that PCs have considerably better input latency than consoles despite Windows 10 having massive system overhead due to how bloated it is.

it changes the gameplay in offline to the point some characters are really strong on playstation and really poor on other consoles

Reminder Smash has worse input lag than any current fighter and casuals eat it up. SFV is down to 4-5 frames on PS4 (1-3 on PC) while Smash is 6-7. People hate playing SFV on PS4 while Nintendonts claim Smadvertiser is the best thing ever

Well yeah, it's only an issue on their consoles. It might be an issue on Xbox but no one plays fighting game son Xbox and barely anyone even puts them on there anymore.
