I highly doubt we'd see RARE's Star Fox game be remade. If any Star Fox game is getting a remake, it'd be Assault made by Namco.
Plus Namco's is remaking a Nintendo 3D Action game, so maybe?

Bandai Namco put out an ad that they were hiring people to help remake a "Nintendo 3D action game" a while back and people assumed it was Adventures.
