Chapter 7 of the Blue Lions Maddening run
The big climax of the first act of the story is here. The big mock battle between the 3 Houses. I decide to prepare for it with a bit of grand larceny. I help Sylvain rout the remainder of Miklan's gang. While not returning any of the shit they stole and instead integrating the items into my own house, as well as gaining the useful Gautier Knights. I also put myself through the misery of Balthus's paralogue. Baron Ochs somehow found out that the people of Kupala in Leicester figured out how to make fake Hero's Relics and he stole it. But then a bunch of thieves also found out about it and tried to steal it. So we steal it from everyone else! Wait Baron Ochs said he stole it to trade for his missing daughter. But we rescued Monica Ochs last month. Why didn't we just tell him? Why does he think his daughter is still missing? We do have the same Monica right? I'm sure the idea of fake Hero's Relics wrong come up again in reference to Edelgard's axe or VW's final battle. And we got the Timotheos Magi Corps and the incredible Leicester Dicer Corps which goes to Frog!
Because of a combination of bad planning and bad luck, Ingrid doesn't qualify for Thief in time for the mock battle. But Yuri is on our team, and with some help from Annette is able to mug Claude for his Evasion Ring, Edelgard for her Accuracy Ring, and grab the Killer Lance from the chest. The extra power allowed the Blue Lion House to bulldoze Gronder Field so fast that the other houses never even met one another.
