I used to be like you OP, but trust me, none of them are good, the ones that can be remotely considered borderline 'okay' are so overpriced you can probably get a better PC with quadruple the performance.
Get a PC. If you have to travel a lot then you ahve to either settle on playing lightweight games or buy a portable console like a deck and plug it on a tv or something idk.
