ELDEN RING LORE THREAD

Thoughts? I was thinking the mural was depicting the following, from top to bottom, in chronological order:
>The Crucible
>A brain, representing the beasts gaining (or being granted) intelligence
>The Erdtree
>The Golden Order
The rings underneath the Erdtree engraving could be representing the Elden Ring, but I don't see why the Elden Ring would be set underneath the Erdtree if the mural is supposed to be in chronological order. Nothing suggests that anyone in-setting thinks the Elden Ring came after the Erdtree, and there's plenty of evidence that it came before. As such, given the murals location and the similar symbols, I think it just represents the Golden Order.

Here's an unedited version of the mural as well

the brain is really out of place

What's the lore reason for you guys never getting any pussy?

It's literally said by the first npc we meet. we're maidenless

Yeah it looks kind of weird. Any other ideas of what that thing above the Erdtree is if not a brain though? Unless the devs wanted to include a random bush or a child's carving of a tree for whatever reason

you get marika or ranni pussy at the end of the game

I know it looks silly, but that thing has a leafy texture on it. And brain imagery never appears in the game, wouldn't make sense for it play a prominent role in such an important mural
Maybe it depicts the history of the Erdtree, it going through multiple stages or something?
The top is the crucible, followed up by a young Erdtree and at the bottom we have what looks the most similar to the current age Erdtree

What's YOUR tax policy as Elden Lord, user?

>Lands Between already pacified to a large degree, all great runes gathered, all powerful faction leaders (i.e. competitors) killed, most dangerous wildlife (dragons etc.) exterminated

>being Elden Lord secures me the loyalty of the remaining Leyndell/Altus forces and citizens
>begin rebuilding Leyndell
>spread the truth about Morgott to show that Omen aren't just monsters

>Erdtree isn't burned down, therefore the Roundtable isn't burned down, therefore I can get Roderika and Hewg out
>give Boc, Roderika and Hewg places of honor in my government

>immediately get in touch with Nepheli, turn Stormveil into a second base of operations
>offer amnesty to the Banished/Exile and Godrick factions to increase manpower
>begin resettling Limgrave and Weeping Peninsula as it's easily the least fucked region, just abandoned

>offer amnesty to Radahn's forces, regroup outside Caelid and make efforts to keep it sealed off

>tell the Cuckoos to fuck off or begin routing them, pincer attack via Altus and Stormveil
>tell Raya Lucarians to stay inside the academy and remain neutral as before
>begin resettling Liurnia

>Gelmir faction is de facto gone, raze the abandoned Volcano Manor to the ground
>same with Mohgwyn Palace as soon as it can be safely reached

>start efforts to unfuck and resettle Altus, especially try to contain the numerous death outbreaks

>make a longterm plan to secure a route to Deeproot Depths and do something about Godwyn's corpse, either destroy it or detach it from the root network to stop the spread of death

>keep the Mountaintops sealed off, but eventually try to check if there's anyone at Haligtree still able and willing to negotiate

real pussy, buddy

Forgot

>send word to the outside world that the Elden Ring is restored, maybe use Roderika and other people from outside as ambassadors
>recall all Tarnished and anyone else who wants to live in the promised land

>>A brain, representing the beasts gaining (or being granted) intelligence
most likely it's the greater will

Why is everyone still a zombie in the lands between?

Youre overanalyzing stuff. Their games always had obscure architecture for the sake of it

>Greater Will is just a floating brain
DEEPEST
LORE

ER is a sequel to DS and prequel to BB. I won't take the time to explain because these threads always implode, but it derives from the following topics: Painted Worlds / Dreams; Outer Gods / Great Ones / Great Old Ones; Dark Soul / Grace / Blood; Arch Trees / Erdtrees.

Demigods Royalty is a mistake

Does anybody know if this emblem appears anywhere in the game?
It's from the Launch Edition of the game, this thing has a Haligtree vibe to it but it's not exactly the same

>dragon head at the top
>branches/roots
>the helix thing
this is the dragon age elden ring

who's on left of ranni and both the piereced guy and groveling by marika?

>Greater Will is just a floating brain

[Divine Entity intensifies]

rykard, godwyn, godrick

oh i should have got rykard but god-sons are just interchangable

But it lacks, you know, the ring part...

Also the top thing is clearly just a branch

>Godrick and Godwyn interchangeable
look here you little shit

I burn my tax policy alongside everything else.

>Tree branch blessed with an incantation of unalloyed gold.
>Pierce a foe, using FP to turn them into a temporary ally.
>The Empyrean Miquella is loved by many people. Indeed, he has learned very well how to compel such affection.
incantation of unalloyed gold? miquella knows how to compel affection? when are we going to admit that unalloyed gold has mind control properties?

>>tell the Cuckoos to fuck off or begin routing them, pincer attack via Altus and Stormveil
>>tell Raya Lucarians to stay inside the academy and remain neutral as before
Which one is it? Tell them to stay inside or to fuck off?
This also seems like a lot of text to say, "I'm going to let the rot win"

bros why hasnt the lake of rot drained out yet
is the grand cloister spreading rot infected water all around the underground?

Never. Miquella fags have their perception of the lad irrevocably tainted by reading too much cut content, so they refuse to believe their special boy could do anything evil.

So, if there's a brain and fingers, what else is there?

>Cannot be wielded by those without a fate, but is said to be able to harm the Greater Will and its vassals.
>harm the Greater Will
reminder that the greater will is a physical thing and can be harmed. it isnt an omnipresent conceptual entity
