Ironically those black/grey minimalist grid inventories are now the norm.

Oblivion has such a great menu theme.

Still the best.

Oblivion's menu style looked nice but it was horrendous and I want to kill all consoleniggers for causing that to happen. It's like they didn't want anyone to use the inventory or the maps

Kino menu. It gets extra points because it overlays on top of the gameplay so you can still see Geralt while you're doing stuff.

In contrast, TW1 and TW2 have stupid fucking ricer console menus that TAKE TIME TO LOAD and are slow as fuck to navigate. What a disaster.

What game?
I just know it's an atlus title because of the demon's and the skill names.

>lists
no it doesn't, it's fucking trash

Yeah, I'm just talking about the motiffs. The map was ok but the inventory was pure shit. It's almost unplayable without a mod making the icons/fonts 5 times smaller.

yeah but they miss the mark and look like shit with 1500 fucking text box menus you have to click on. like everything new, its like old thing but turned 90 degrees on its side and made worse.

Still the best UI I've had the experience of using after all these years.

Goddamn, I was really wracking my brain on wtf this game could even be.
It's just a fan game, of course.
Well, thanks. Maybe i'll check it out soon, or in like 10 years.

when I think of cRPG gui this will always be the gold standard to me.

God tier UI, an absolute pleasure to use.

The UI is nice but I hate how hard it is to read anything.

stalker always had a quick, aesthetic and readable UI which I don't think has been matched. Consoles have really fucked UIs in general, boy do I miss PC exclusives

I only realised this year that you can 'pin' each part to stay open even after you close the menu by pressing that button in the top right.

Love this game.

Another gem

There's not a single game that can compete.

Isometric sprite based real time strategy must be one of the if not the most charming periods of gaming.
