Yeah it's primarily meant for the Chinese audience. They track how much you play, and because this is F2P they use the camera to check your face and determine your age.

You know, I had a feeling it might be trying to do that. It doesn't ask for the camera permission on android but it still makes a "Photo: REQUEST_CAPTURE" entry in the logs and tries to save the result to com.whateverthefuck/LocalData/Capture_img or some shit. I couldn't get the thing to actually take a picture or i'd have made like five threads about it.
