They have since RE5 and they hide Sheva's problematic tribal outfit behind beating the game, something they knew no gaming journalist would ever do. Then in RE2make, they hid Ada beneath a trenchcoat and glasses in all the trailers/1st half of the game. You have to play half the game to get her out of it. Same thing here.
