Isaac fought an undead planetary sized creature with shitty mining weapons and cobbled together guns with armor built for only mining and fending off the elements of snow and freezing cold. The rest of these retards needed powerups/genetic and cyborg engineering/a super suit.

Top two aren't even on the same scale. Chief is lucky and so is arguably Isaac, Doom Guy is literally supernatural and Samus has bullshit spacebird magic.

Isaac is just a really fucking smart human who got extremely lucky multiple times. The rest are superhuman in some way.
The answer is whatever character comes from the franchise you like the most. The objectively correct answer is doomguy because he's an immortal demigod of murder who gets stronger whenever he kills a demon (which he's been doing for a long time). This comparison is the same as asking who would win in a fight between a meteor and some random guy.
