Just finished this and all the DLCs, what the fuck are you suppose to play after this masterpiece?
Feeling empty
An actually good game.
play number 2?
A good game.
Play a nonshit game
A gay porn game.
you can try gwent or thronebreaker if you want to ease your post game depression but it will stick for a time anyway
Is the combat in 3 just as bad as in 2?
No. 1 and 3 have boring, unoffensive
combat. 2 has aggressively awful combat. Might be the worst example of sword and sorcery combat in existence, in fact.
The first 2 are worth playing though, if you haven't already. All the games excel in different areas.
Stop playing on easy, Witcher 2 combat is like a Souls game on steroids.
Nothing. Learn to let it go slowly. I read the books afterwards
I love how the Witcher 3 brings out all the simple minded retards. You three are literally the same NPC code, congrats
Elden Ring
>Witcher 3 brings out all the simple minded retards
correct, only those could enjoy witcher 3, the mcdonalds of vidya
>hybrid of spellbased targeting system with direct control action gameplay. Cone based damage areas instead of any actual collision detection. Random attack animations based on whatever the fuck Geralt feels like doing. Beyond buggy implementation that transcends a mixture of bad ideas to something truly uniquely bad.
>souls game on steroids
Funny of you to say that considering you're saying a game that literally copies every single element from every generic open world game ever is a masterpiece just because it's got a cynical redditor protagonist
>no u
Can’t make this shit up hahaha
Nice strawman. I literally never gave my opinion on the game. Hahaha keep going dude
Wait for the 4th game. I feel you man.
Wind down and play some Mechanicus.
I played it and got every achievement
It's shit honestly
80% of the game is padding, if I'm GENEROUS
movement is shit
combat is boring
95% of quests are boring nonsense and don't have any rewards
the rest of the content is copypasted markers on a map
Hearts of Stone main quest was some of the only decent content
I only finished it because I was really bored
3 has a lot better combat and I'm going to list the reasons:
>There's a dodge button so you don't have to roll around like a retard as much
>Swinging animations are simpler and quicker, you're not locked into some giant animation of Geralt approaching the enemy before swinging even with a light attack
>You can actually use potions in this game instead of having them expire during a pre-boss cutscene
>Enemies don't cheap shot you the second a cutscene ends
TW2 is actually the worst one imo, mostly because of the potion issue and rolling around being the best option. The story is good but some TW3 questlines are just as good, especially with the DLC. Open world can be a meme but The Witcher just works better with it.
