A bunch of extra rooms and gags. They basically doubled the amount of endings because now there's a bucket variant of every single ending, some of which are drastically different. They make a shitload of jokes about how scummy it is to release an Ultra Deluxe version and poke fun at the lack of new content despite there being a lot of new content.
