however I checked all of his video's description and the about tab and there isn't a single useful link to be found

Maybe the game's graphics need to be drawn, it's a crazy theory i got.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and just say that the game doesn't have a demo or release or anything, it's just one guy posting some pictures of a game he's making
I read his twitter and someone asked if he has a crowdfunding thing going, and he said no. So that twitter and a few youtube videos are all that exist so far online.

Just do what I do and make a folder of images of promising looking games with the date you last checked for info.
