I know she exist. The low-level blue-eyes waifu dragons are supposed to replace her and the two copies of blue eyes white dragon. And, have much better meta-tier effects that work with blue-eyes’s control-styled gameplay.

Anti-Spell Fragrance, Imperial Order, Negrovalley, Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell, banishing Raye when she's in the graveyard so she doesn't come back when a suit explodes or using Called By on her tributing effect works well too
