You're an adventurer on a quest for hidden treasure in an old temple/pyramid.
The only way to proceed to the heart of the temple/pyramid is through a series of consistently narrower holes in the walls.
Eventually one of them is narrow enough that your fat ass gets stuck.
Now it's up to you to entice local monsters and/or other adventurers to fuck you hard enough to push you through the hole and into the next chamber. Each chamber subsequently has a hole that requires you getting fucked longer/harder/by more people/monsters to get through. Can you make your way to the central treasure?
To add to this. It would be cool to have an overworld town even if it's just text based navigation where you can see and interact with all the npcs you can recruit, like a tentacle monster drinking at a bar, a mother daughter combo managing a struggling small business, a childhood friend, a trap mage, a proud lady knight (who'll just give it a try) etc and you recruit them depending on their circumstances. The starter girl could be a succubus you summon and the player is a warlock.
