Kinnda like Degrees of Lewdity, but much more visualized and streamlined for the important aspects. Basically you need attention to details and a way to both micromanage and automate the most important ones.

if you use a pose ball, and his the adjust button, you can move yourself along any axis. You can also edit your model.
