Wow, this fucking sucks
Wow, this fucking sucks
YOU FUCKING SUCK!
it's my favourite DLC :3
;_;
Btw I'm trans if that changes anything
Wow, this fucking rocks
Worst Fallout DLC by far. Mothership Zeta was more fun.
Filtered.
It's the closest thing we have to Deadman's Wonderland
Too bad the combat is still about stat checks and bullet sponges.
All of the hate this dlc gets really proves that casual smoothbrains ruin video games.
git gud fag
The vending machines somewhat completely break the lore on the issue with a scarcity scenario, a main part of the Fallout world. Its even more retarded because big MT is a government thing so they would have logically used the shit out of that technology
Alas.
It wasn't so much the story as it was the general artstyle and environment. It was dark, and it smelled like shit.
The setting is really fucking cool, but goddamn is everything else just garbage.
a Fallout game with the mechanics of Dead Money but without stuff like magical vending machines and actual survival would be quite literally perfect.
>non-stop hate threads for years on end
I'd say that's the result of a pretty damn good DLC
It sounds more like a survival horro game at that point, and somewhat reminds me of the last monster of Outlast because he behaves like the holograms in that it cannot be harmed basically.
Go play a survival horror game, and good luck patrician if silly user
I dunno if I want full horror, but the wasteland is already kinda creepy. the abundance of resources just makes you forget about it. would be cool if you couldnt just blast everything with your brand new store bought armor piercing bullets
this was a poorly designed DLC and I went in with bloody mess so the whole forced dismemberment crap was a non issue
Please listen to the Fallout 1 or maybe 2 soundtrack and tell me there isn't a sense of maybe not full horror, but of stale air, decadence amd rust and maybe wild west in there.
But I do agree, one of the main issues I would give fallout is its abundance of recourses in some instances, but also weirdly too I would say theres too many humans to ever unsettle the player. Societies exist, makes sense, but they also give a sense of security.
Yes yes fallout 76 le bad- but truly, imagine exploring a dead desolate world much like the one Salad fingers or Staying positive in the apocalypse where theres abso-fucking-lutely no one sane out there and youre going slowly mad.
Pure SOVL, and fuck check those series out
Fun Fact: Ghost people were given zero perception as to emphasize stealthing around them instead of fighting, but the game engine couldn't handle a zero stat so it tuned into infinite perception. That's why they can see you from the other side of the map the instant you walk through a door.
a 3D Fallout more like the 2D ones in atmosphere would certainly help. lots of strange nature to explore in between big settlements. maybe we get that one day with better technology
it's my least favorite New Vegas DLC by far.
that makes sense
yeah, it’s a diamond in the rough alright but it had soul
You did get all the gold bars right? You didn't actually 'let go' did you?
every time. I don't think I've ever sold more than 2 or 3 but it's the principle of the thing, damn it.
Pleb. It's the most interesting DLC. I bet you like Old Reddit Blues.
