Japs can't into FPS so all the classics like Doom, Serious Sam and Painkiller are still uncontested in this regard
The Donkey Kong Country games and Metroid Prime are arguably the best in their series despite being made by westerners
Sonic and All-stars racings transformed and Crash Team Racing are way more fun than any given Mario Kart
On the flip side tons of great Nip games exist that mog the best of western attempts and vice versa, so its not like one is better than the other.
tl;dr stop using arbitrary metrics like where the game comes from and instead judge it on objective qualities instead of being a mindless weeb
