Bots still not fixed

>bots still not fixed
So I guess "#saveTF2" was bullshit then

Why can't zoomers into patience?
They didn't give any date or clear response to begin with

wtf just press the "fix bots" button it's not so hard

t. never wrote a line of code

please recall they were continuing to look into this issue like 2 years ago
really you shouldn't expect any big fix ever

I don't understand what is the appeal of TF2, not trying to shit on those who play it, but right now its in an awful state, maybe people are clinging for nostalgia purposes.

Not only is Valve not a company known for swift results, they gave a non-committal answer that didn't actually address anything

You've got a double whammy of being way too quick off the handle for smug shitposting here

The appeal of TF2 is there is really no alternative that's worth your time if you want an arena shooter, let alone one that's strictly team-oriented.

>you cannot play tf2 online until your account has at least $60 spent on it
>if bots still persist somehow despite the high cost, then hire a bunch of minimum wage slaves to go around manually banning bots, the revenue you'd make would easily outweigh the cost
takes no effort
>b-b-but then it's not f2p!
basically is, don't give a shit if pedro from el salvador is now barred from playing tf2 because a $60 account is worth a lifetime of work on the bitcoin plantations

It's been 3 years

TF2 isn't an arena shooter.

>patience
I did 20 fucking years.

Just make it cost 5$

Did everybody forget that last year Gaben said that they're working on an upcoming update for tf2 and that they're trying to fix the bot problem and that fucking nothing came out of it? Are we supposed to believe that since Gaben made that statement they've been working day and night for tf2?

Game was fucked when Pinion first hit

The tragedy of #savetf2 is that it should have been about something proactive like a revival of proper community servers and directing the ignorant to them. This is how old games survive, not on shitty official matchmaking infrastructure. You would have more luck giving the server browser some much needed chemo

Instead it's just begging a developer who's abandoned the game to come back to it when they don't really have an incentive to. They give one "Yeah we hear you!" message and people just become complacent, waiting another indefinitely long period for a fix that will be too little too late if ever instead of taking matters into their own hands.

that animal Gabriel "GabeN" Logan Newell, I cant even bring myself to say his name

Wdym? Valve didnt fix their shit?
Thats something new!

So much this
>Pedro
I hate it when they play a game for so long and don't even want to spend 2$ on it.

Why can't videogames just die off?
Will we really be on our 80's with people saying how good TF2 and WoW was in 2037?

Let it go.

I bought the game in 2008 but if it was free I'd never have spent money on it, that would be pointless

>caring about TF2 when Overwatch exists
lmao

>wtf romulus said he would build a city here it's been a few days and there's still no rome wtf he lied it was all bullshit

More like Overwhatch.

Two more weeks! Trust the plan! Romulus 2024!

If hatcucks had good memories or any self-respect, they wouldn't be hatcucks.
